Day 1 – 30 Days Wild – Caterpillar

Found this large caterpillar on the road, so carefully moved it to the side where it won’t get run over

The caterpillar of the drinker moth (Euthrix potatoria) have hairs that are an irritant which protect it from predators. I moved it using a stick.
